My name is Enrico Gaffo, I work as postdoc at the Compgen laboratory, Depertment of Molecular Medicine - University of Padova (Italy).
My research concerns the development and application of computational methods for the analysis of RNA-seq data. Currently, I am working on the development of computational pipelines for the identification and characterization of long RNAs, with particular focus on circular RNAs. In addition, I am working on computational methods for the analysis of microRNA-like small RNAs from RNA-seq experiments.
